Music is the soundtrack of my everyday life. I often flip through my vinyl crates, pulling out everything from gritty blues and fiery flamenco to alternative indie, occasional rap tracks and sweeping movie scores. Lenco LBT-188
My current companion is a Lenco LBT‑188, the third turntable I’ve owned and the first that truly works, to be honest. I first chose it for its Bluetooth capability, pairing it with Sonos speakers through a Sonos Roam for wireless playback. At that time it was the only way of playback for me apart from a noisy guitar amp I have. After some time, when I was able to upgrade to a wired solution with Sonos speakers, I moved to Bern and rewired the LBT‑188 to feed a pair of Edifire speakers via a Wiim Streamer. That way I can listen comfortably to my music in my own room or play it in the whole apartment. Over the past three years, the Lenco has become a reliable hub for my growing vinyl library.
